Todd Research acquisition to ‘significantly enhance’ Image Scan’s business

Bill Mawer, executive chairman of Image Scan Holdings Plc (LON:IGE), discusses with Proactive’s Andrew Scott their acquisition of Todd Research Limited.
Todd Research is a private UK based designer, manufacturer and supplier of X-ray scanners with revenues in excess of £2mln.
Mawer says it’s an exciting opportunity for them and they know the business well having sold their cabinet X-ray systems for the last couple of years.
