Timothy Jackson
Chairman
Tim is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience as a finance professional in various roles with both private and listed companies. He was Finance Director at AIM-listed Staffline Group plc until 2013, and since then, he has built a portfolio of roles including setting up a debt advice charity, and being Finance Trustee of Community Money Advice Limited, a national debt advice charity.
Tim joined the Board of Image Scan in 2014 and was appointed Chairman in 2022.
He brings a range of experience including strategy, finance, acquisitions and commercial negotiation to the Image Scan Board.
He keeps his skillset up to date through personal study, networking and regular training events.
Tim is Chair of the Audit Committee and sits on both the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee.
Vincent Deery
Chief Executive Officer
Vincent Deery is a highly experienced professional whose early career and comprehensive sales management training was undertaken at the General Electric Company, followed by a successful career path in sales, marketing and business development in a wide range of high technology sectors (both public and private) including Power Control, Oil & Petrochemical, Metrology and Security & Defence.
Vince joined the Board in 2013 and was appointed CEO in 2022.
He brings extensive experience in implementing new product strategies and commercialisation of technology and the introduction of new products to market to the Image Scan Board. He also has a wealth of knowledge in developing global networks and distribution channels for the commercialisation of software and hardware products.
As a member of a number of industry related organisations including IABTI (International Association of Bomb Technicians and Inspectors) and the IET (Institution of Engineering and Technology), and attends and contributes to industry forums, standards organisations, publications and events to ensure he is well informed of and keeps his skills up to date with the latest market and technological developments
Sarah Atwell King
CFO and Company Secretary
Sarah is a Chartered Management Accountant with over 30 years’ financial professional experience mainly focused on growth in SME sector. She was previously Financial Director with Diamond Shortbreak Holidays Ltd and was part of the team which grew the company to a £10m turnover company employing 50 members of staff.
She brings experience working with a portfolio of diverse businesses in developing and delivering systems and processes to underpin their growth strategies to the Image Scan Board.
Sarah joined the Board in 2018.
To keep her skill set up to date, Sarah undertakes ad hoc training courses, webinars and other training events.
Sunil Vadgama
NED
Sunil Vadgama, is the founder and sole director of SK Electronic Solutions Ltd formed in 2018. Prior to this date Sunil completed a successful 20 year career with a leading publicly quoted security x-ray company.
Sunil brings experience of development and deployment of x-ray technology and associated equipment for the defence and security market to the Image Scan board.
Sunil joined the Board in 2022.
He keeps his skillsets up to date through various technical and industry events and publications.
Sunil is the Chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and also sits on the Audit Committee.
